PRODICEL (PTY) Ltd is 100% Black African owned Academy with a clear mandate from its shareholders to be the partner of choice’ for business, industry and communities – together building and updating the skills and knowledge required for success. We are a leading, learner-centred skills development institution committed to accessibility, inclusion and diversity. The education and learning environment have evolved over the past years and will continue evolving with the diversity of the learners and students that are accessing skills programmes. Through our research-led and innovative approach to our programmes, we have embraced the 4th Industrial Revolution which is driven by the advancement of technology. The Academy provides a niche and innovative approach to the delivery of the programmes to ensure future sustainable jobs and businesses. Our approach to skills development and training includes training, developing entrepreneurs and incubation of business.

We aim to expand our programmes to other sectors that drive the economy and create sustainable jobs through our expansion plan. The shareholders and management of the Academy have vast experience in governance, financial management, marketing, entrepreneurship, skills development, training and education. These are professional graduates that have gained basic and complex skills in various industries. Our model ensure that we partner with associates that have diverse skills in all sectors of the economy. The Academy is strategically targeting the rural, peri-urban and urban areas.
